A Few Steps You Can Take Today!
There are a few simple steps to help restore normal hunger control. These are not my rules. These rules are the rules of normal human metabolism established by your genetic code.
Break them and you get fat, feel old and tired, and your brain fogs up. Diabetes, heart disease, insomnia, and a whole host of nasty things develop over time.
Rule #1: Do not go longer than three hours without eating. This is extremely important. Going for hours and hours without eating is the most disruptive thing you can do to your metabolism. It challenges every endocrine gland and hormone signaling system in your body. You will get fatter if you go long periods without eating. This takes some effort and planning, but you will be rewarded with much better health.
