To try this, do a set of resistance exercise (about 12-20 reps), then do one minute of rebounding, then another set of resistance exercise and another minute of jumping. Keep this up until you have completed around 30 minutes of exercise.

Incorporating a circuit training workout can increase fat loss by around 20%. You will burn more calories while building fat burning muscle. By replacing traditional jogging or jumping rope with rebounding, you will get extra fat burning effect while moving your lymph to help flush the fat. But heed this warning - NEVER use a cheap quality mini-trampoline. A poor quality rebounder may cause you to hurt your knees, ankles and back. If you are serious about losing fat with rebounder exercise, only use a rebounder designed for daily exercise.
